Formed in 2013, the band’s amalgamation of Soul, Funk, Pop, RnB, Reggae, Rock and Blues; has created a unique sound that fills every dance floor with interactive performances, sublime harmonies, intricate choreography and superb musicianship.

Step ‘N’ Soul’s  professional attitude and ability to offer bespoke shows, is a result of high calibre session musicians who have performed at iconic venues across the UK, Europe North America and the Middle East such as: The O2, The Roundhouse, The Barbican, The Royal Festival Hall, Wimbledon, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, London's Gherkin and The Old Royal Naval College.

Members from the band have had the opportunity of performing with some of the industry’s most exceptional artists, including: Stevie Wonder, Eliza Dolittle, Sigala, Years and Years, Shirley Bassey, Simon Cowell, Jools Holland, Sheridan Smith, Paul O’ Grady, Boys II Men, Beverly Knight, Antonio Sanchez, Scott Colley, Jaques Morelenbaum, Sarah Jane Morris, Katie Leone and Joy Rose.
